Shipping Policy

Collect in store

You can make orders online and later collect at our store at 16 Kofi Annan Road Arrival Centre, Maseru for free. You will receive an email confirming your order details and reference number of your order which will be requested upon collection.

Shipping Information

Please note that shipping costs are not included in the cost of the products. Shipping cost will be determent based on the total weight of products purchased. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the destination for delivery. Your product will arrive within 7-14 Business Days (International clients only) after dispatch. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS ON DELIVERIES AS THIS IS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL. DELIVERY IS FOB – SHIPPING POINT

  • ALo CaNN does its best to ensure that customer products arrive in a safe and timely manner. All packages will come in discreet packaging and will not come labelled with the contents of the package clearly labelled. In the case of international shipments, we may be required to disclose the contents of the package on a shipping/customs manifest.
  • All of our packages are shipped through a traceable and secure method. In the rare event that a package goes missing or is damaged, we will do our best to help the customer to make the situation right, by investigating with the shipping courier.
  • Shipping cost will be calculated when customer processes their order and will be based on the weight and shipping locations.
  • We will provide the customer with the shipping waybill number so that they can track their orders as soon as they are dispatched.
  • The customer must double check their shipping information to make sure that their orders won’t be wrongly addressed.
  • It is of high importance that customers complete the form where applicable on the order processing page so that their orders will be processed accurately.

Return Policy

  • We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee or your money back. ALo CaNN Manufacture highest quality products and provide the best service possible. In the rare event that we make a mistake we want to make sure that the situation is taken care of and you are happy. Please contact us for return requests.
  • Please contact us for a requisition on return of goods so that we provide authorisation (admin@alocann.info). We may not be able to offer a refund or exchange on unauthorized returns, and products returned without authorization will be discarded. Authorized returns are subject to a restocking fee.
  • Please inspect packages upon arrival. You must report any damages, missing items or missing boxes within 3 days of the receipt of your order. We cannot replace missing items unless they are reported within 3 days of the receipt of your order.
  • If the customer for some reason receives a product that is faulty, please do not use it. We are unable to accept returns and exchanges of excessively used products.
  • ALo CaNN reserves the right to determine the appropriate compensation (replacement) on a case by case basis. We will make replacement of the products or refund as soon as management completes their investigations (within 7 working days after authorisation).
  • Kindly note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return or exchange of goods
  • Products Purchased with a Discount Code do not apply for Return Policy.
